As for the workout, not to worry we stop every couple of hundred meters to tell you about the significance of the areas. So just enough ridding to sweat out some of the toxins for the night before. And if that ain´t enough two hours into the ride we stop for a traditional Polish lunch, where you can sample anything from pierogies to Golabki (pronounced go-wow-omki)
